Measureable Objectives
At the end of eight training sessions kids as young as five will develop a consciousness of the perceived harm of drugs through the Supa Dupa Babee doll, music video, and adventure series booklets. Kids ages four and up will be able to develop a strong awareness of the harm and dangers that drugs cause through the SDB Adventure Series Booklet Parts I & II and interactive classroom discussion. Some students will be able to give direct examples of drugs within their community, and their knowledge of drugs from television and music. Some will be from high risk environments where they are approached to sell drugs, or run drugs on the streets: e.g.: Five-year olds delivering drug package to car pointed out to him/her on the street or block. Teens citing that as many as ten or twelve kids on their block being into selling drugs!
The Supa Dupa Babee core curriculum stressing the dangers and harm of illegal drugs can be actively and energetically taught, and measured. The primary projected performance based outcome is that sustained learning will become a part of a child’s developing personality, and conscious perception of right and wrong.
Supa Dupa Babee Doll (Grades K-5)
Perceived Harm, Protective Factors, Refusal Skills, Interactive Learning After personal acquaintance with the Supa Dupa Babee Doll and activating and listening to the :30 second animated message students will be able to:
- Describe how they can tell that Supa Dupa Babee is a hero.
- Give at least two reasons why Supa Dupa Babee wants them to avoid using drugs.
- Recite the self esteem building portion of the drug prevention message emphasizing they can be winners too.
- Identify the name of the monster they must be on guard against.
- Recite and describe at least two key parts of the ‘fight back message’ given by Supa Dupa Babee.
Give at least two reasons how they can stay strong and healthy like Supa Dupa Babee. Supa Dupa Babee Music Video (Grades K-5)

able to:
- Give at least two reasons why they should avoid drugs and alcohol.
- Give at least one reason why the boy in the video got shot!
- Give at least one reason why the monster was stalking the playground.
- Give the name of the monster they must be on guard against at all times.
- Give at least one reason why Supa Dupa Babee wants them to stay in school.
- Give at least one reason why the lady stopped the man in the car.
- Give at least one reason why Supa Dupa Babee says: “You Gotta Fight Back!”
- Give at least one reason why Supa Dupa Babee says selling drugs isn’t smart.
Supa Dupa Babee ‘Fight Back Song’ (cassette tape)

After hearing the “Fight Back” Song several times, students will be able to:
- Sing or chant the entire background chorus urging them to “fight back.”
- Complete the phrase: If you want to win the war on drugs ________________________.
- Supply at least one valid answer to the question: “What is it that Supa Dupa Babee wants you to fight?”
- To recite and participate in a lively exchange of the call and answer section of the fight back song urging them to avoid drugs.
- Discuss why Supa Dupa Babee says drugs are killing on your friends, you sisters and your brothers.
- Give one reason why the song talks about drugs breaking the hearts of mothers.
Adventure Series Booklet Part I -Grades K-5

After reading SDB Adventure Series Booklet and review and discussion of Learning Guide questions students will be able to:
- Identify at least two gateway drugs. (e.g.. Marijuana, Inhalants, Pills, Alcohol)

i. Introduced to drugs by friends or gang members.
ii. Think it’s a cool thing to do. - Give at least two reasons why they should not take drugs?

- Discuss at least two ways to have a good time as teens and young adults without the use of drugs or alcohol.

- Give at least two reasons why drug dealers target poor kids to sell drugs.
- Give at least one reason why drug dealers target suburban kids to buy drugs.
- Name two things that can easily go wrong for drug sellers.
